Pristinely Cleaned Properties is a locally owned and operated family business. Rebecca Figueroa, owner and manager, grew up in Sarasota and graduated from USF in Tampa. She spent a decade as an educator in Pasco and Manatee Counties, refining her organizational skills and attention to detail. She believes in the importance of a tidy, neat, and clean environment which is why she founded Pristinely Cleaned Properties. She is joined by her husband, Alex, who provides moral support and her brother-n-law, Rafael, who also demonstrates perfection in his work. We proudly employee W2 employees as well as partner with local area businesses. It is an honor for us to create clean homes and workspaces for our local community.
